Gimli! And the specs add at least 50 points to any dwarvish IQ; it's probably in the rules to Warhamster or something..

Amazing how many beards come out ginger!

Anonymous said...

will this series also include the facial hair of female comedic writers?

Anonymous said...

has the blue cat forum been crashed by beards as well?

I think so - it hasn't worked for ages. I'm going to take the link down now in fact.

In my continuing inability to believe in the existence of an individual and separate Richard, I contest that the 'Richard' in that photo is merely an upside-down simulacrum of James, right down to the grey patches.

Have I overstepped the mark yet?

It goes quite nicely with the shelving.

I like to think that photo in the background, top of the shelving, in front of the speaker is the same picture. If you see what I mean

Glad you survived your Cornwall jaunt jonnyb (not jaunt like the Tomorrow People, that was a kind of limited range teleportation).

Patch - richard is a whizz at the photoshop, so it is possible...

James has a nose in his forehead! No wonder he never gets cameos in GW.

The forum works sporadically - please don't take the link away!

Oh, you already had. Spoilsport.

(WV: tjgysm - no need to comment methinks)

Arrive bored, leave disturbed.
A fair exchange I think.

looks rather alarmingly like my father too. Hmmm.

"richard is a whizz at the photoshop, so it is possible..."

Not so much a whizz that when carefully cutting out the beard and positioning it over the blue cat logo he remembered to save the sodding file.
argh.

Blimey James, someone else who remembers the Tomorrow People. Next you'll be referencing Ace of Wands..

Ah, the Infinite Richard Project.

Meanwhile...round of applause for the Julian Rhind-Lisa picture. That's almost disturbingly impressive.

Hm, I seem to have far too much to say for myself today.

James Henry said...

Indeed, young lady.

Ahhh, that elusive Julian Rhind-Lisa smile... he really is quite beautiful (as a woman)

Like alli said, that Rhind-Tutt smile, pretty unmistakable I'd say. What an image though....

I have a beard. A real one. It too is longer than the hair on top of my head.

However, I'm not a Professional Writer of Comedic Material, nor is it in some way Unlikely or Unusual, so I won't mention it.

James Henry said...

Ah, where would we be without the Gentleman Amateurs of the Beard World, keeping the hobby alive in these dark quintuply-bladed times? I salute you, sir.

Anonymous said...

Richard, that's absurdly impressive! And very oddly arousing...

Anonymous said...

Of course, you know I meant Julian Rhind-Lisa.

But I'm sure you are too. :-p

Anonymous said...

OMG, Julian Rhind-Lisa is hilarious but also strangely disturbing in that it works so well!
